Man where's AMD. Its been too quiet in the red camp. This is partially why their cards age better with time.

games we won't see untill the 40.. series anyway

For 1440P-4k there's already games approaching the limit of 8GB.

There's a few games coming out next year targetting PS5/Xbox Series X; RE8, Battlefield 6 etc.

RE2 Remake already uses 7GB+ on high/ultra settings at 1440P
