Yes, but the paper the diploma is printed on isn't exactly absorbent, either, nor is it textured for removing fecal matter from your booty hole. It would take several wipes before you felt clean, and it wouldn't be very comfortable, either. So it's kind of a wash there.

Not to mention the plumbing nightmare. Most likely outcome is the diploma piece clogged in the toilet, and a bathroom floor drenched in toilet water AND the shit you just took. In this scenario, it's still exceeding the value it has as a post-secondary education certificate.
