There is a big difference between US and Brazil regulations on this though. Even though our lawyers more or less circumvent this regulation from the board they aren't allowed to do publicity (like those ads on bus that is so common to see on US movies).

It's kinda hard as a lawyer to talk about that subject and distance it from self promotion, like an artist talking about colour pellets for example.

Brazil honestly has it being rather restrictive if you ask me. I'm glad we've got a guy like this and a few others on youtube, because keeping something so tightly bound under lock and key just doesn't help us see the big picture. 

It's thanks to this guy that we can see more of what's actually going on in this case, as well as Tim's position in all of this, rather than relying on shoddy journalists (who know next to nothing about laws in general, band are insanely known for click-bait bs) to info us on what's going on. 

Sure, everybody and every company can promote their product or service, but for some reason the board of lawyers in Brazil forbid them... probably to keep market reserve for the old guys that already have big offices and customers so mouth to mouth benefits them.
