I will take his words over Tim's any day, because, well Tim isn't a lawyer and is more of a snake oil salesman, one that wants to break everyone's ToS but his own.

No, Some pleb basically linked Tim the lawyer's last video on the subject and Tim went on his usual "philosophical" tirade, to which the lawyer dude made that video. If you watch the vid, you'll even see the dude is willingly open to Tim coming onto his show and talking about the current situation. 

But like Rhonin said, all Tim has been talking about has been entirely public based for all to read and reply to. It's not just this lawyer dude either, there's multiple lawyers on YT talking about how infallible Tim's tirade is and the same levels of hypocrisy he's giving off.
