The guy is a lawyer on youtube, and he's simply calling Tim out on his obvious hypocrisy and the "freedom fight", which isn't even a freedom fight.

I will take his words over Tim's any day, because, well Tim isn't a lawyer and is more of a snake oil salesman, one that wants to break everyone's ToS but his own. 

So Tim didn't call him as potential customer?
