I voted the 360 controller.
IMO, it has the best triggers buttons (Way better than SIXAXIS/DS3 because they have to "spring" in them)
I love how the left analog is switched with the D-Pad.
One thing to improve on the 360 controller is the D-Pad.
If it had individual direction buttons a la Playstation controllers, it would be perfect.
