^^ yes Nintedo did get sued back in the days of the SNES for monopoly, but whats really funny is that instead of forceing them to pay a fine they had to give gamers who payed to much a coupon for a Nintendo game, so because they had a monopoly on games they where forced to sell more games.... only in america (whipes away tear)
