Really, any professional review is going to be untrustworthy. It's best to wait for the non-professional reviews to come in, and then glean from them the actual faults and shortcomings of the game. If those faults and shortcomings aren't enough to turn you away (nor is the game's genre or style), then it's worthy of consideration.
On a totally different note, there really should be a review site that does not allow for arbitrary out-of-# or letter-grade scores for games in reviews. Just a "say what you liked, say what you didn't like, note who would like the game" review system.
