The rules seemingly only apply to games and apps. Like, it's okay to use an app as a method to deliver music and movies, but not the apps or games. Also, as far as I know, you can't subscribe to Spotify through iOS app, because Spotify doesn't want to pay Apple 30%.

That seems to be the case. I have PlayStation Video, Netflix, Hulu, WWE Network, MLB.TV, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Amazon Music, and Spotify on my iPhone, and I don't purchase from or subscribe to any of them through Apple.

This is why I always had a problem with Apple. They treat games and gamers like trash. I jumped on with the iPhone 11 for the Apple Arcade, but the games have turned out to be terrible. If things don't change by next year, I will try my luck on Android.

This is why we need a Nintendo, Sony, or Microsoft Handheld Phone. The 3G Vita was the peak of Mobile Gaming.

I would argue that Switch does it's work great for mobile gaming. And it already does it better than any phone potentially can in the future.
