If you have people that are close to you and care about you... a lot!

Speaking from personal experience.

I won't go further into this since you've said that you're speaking from personal experience and I don't want to make suicide sound like something tempting or anything, it isn't, but at the same time I don't think there's almost any logical argument (except for very few examples) for why suicide is immoral just because it would bother others around you. That doesn't make it inherently bad.

Had a friend kill himself when I was in high school and that was pretty devastating.  We werent very close but we did hang out a decent amount.   If anything it was the final push that I decided that I was no longer Christian.

Anyways some people are too chicken shit to do it themselves so they lie in middle of road, drive wrong way down highway or try death by cop.  It's when these people that want to die but can't do it themselves then get other people involved, injured or killed that is a big problem.   Perhaps they need suicide booths like Futurama.  However some might mistake them as phone booths like Fry.
