AMD RDNA 2 ‘Navi 2X’ GPU Rumors: No HBM2 Memory, Radeon RX ‘Big Navi’ Graphics Card Launch in November, Next-Gen RDNA 3 With Chiplet Design. Salt of course.

Just be aware that there have been other "leaks" with 384 bit bus and 12GB of Vram.

I feel like Big Navi will be very ROP starved, nVidia is happy to offer 88-96 ROPS on it's high-end parts today... So AMD will need to dial in those clockrates and optimizations to make up for a potential 50% or larger deficit.

I don't think Big Navi will have HBM, it's still too expensive for a gamer card, but when it comes to how much memory it will have, I honestly don't know. Higher is better, of course, but also more expensive, and GDDR6 isn't cheap to start with.

In saying that, GDDR6 won't get cheaper until volume picks up, chicken and egg.
Both next gen consoles being GDDR6 should help in that regard.

But yeah, HBM is still too expensive until they ditch the silicon interposer. (Not sure if they have done this yet, haven't read up on the latest HBM developments.)

Great for a workstation or pro-sumer card like a Titan RTX though.
