Poll - Is Switch a 9th gen console?

I'd even imagine the Switch successor being weaker than both consoles and coming and going (or leaving the market at the same time). It's just crazy to think about. If Nintendo releases a home console Switch this holiday with the exact same specs as the hybrid, will it be 9th gen?

I guess it's possible the Switch could last 7 years but I just don't see it. As much as I love my Switch and as amazing as it is to have certain games on the go, I just feel like there has to be an updated/upgraded version sooner rather than later.
