I wouldn't be so quick to rave about that. They acquired a few B-level studios with one or two titles to their name. After what they did with Rare there's no guarantee it will result in anything positive.

PC players go for different types of games. And if you're going to include that pass, does that mean PC gets lumped in with their marketshare total?

May or may not be a big deal. SP games still sell extremely well. MP is only a benefit when it fits the game. When it's not tacked on as an afterthought.

I thought these opinions were obsolete at this point. Sea of Thieves is having its best year in 2020 for a game that released in 2018. It is by far their most successful game they ever made. And it’s successful because it has an addicting multiplayer loop that is multiplied when you play with friends. All Xbox studios have creative freedom.

Well I mean if they making Xbox accounts on their PC and buying their games....Here’s where ones corporate loyalty comes into play. I imagine a PS fan would stick to tradition and count only consoles to disqualify MS efforts in other spaces. I would count Xbox accounts, no matter where they come from.

To me both Xbox and PC share a MS OS, we practically cousins :)

Theirs who?

Donkey Kong Country and GoldenEye is much more succesful.
