I won't hold my breath waiting for Alyx on PS5 or any other console. And why don't we try to run the games with proper AA? Back in the day it was so "expensive" (performance wise) to use it that they all tried to come up wiith other solutions to get good enough results like SSAA, MSAA, FXAA, etc., but, given that even today's low-end cards like the 1060/5500 can actually run most games at 1440p and that resolutions have gone up in larger sized monitors, why don't we give it a go? I don't know maybe Nvidia could put those Tensor Cores to some us with it. |
Cause devs make weird decisions
