Okay, let's try to be as objective as possible here.

None of them showed much gameplay so that is a negative point for both. Also, many of the games shown in both presentations appeared to be 2021 and 2022 releases so...

I would call it a tie, but the fact that all of MS's games will be on Gamepass is a huge deal, so I will give the edge to Microsoft here.
