Best on Switch: Breath of the Wild
Best on PS4: MediEvil, because MediEvil is great. However it’s a remake so if it doesn’t count I guess Uncharted 4, though I don’t really hold it in a very high esteem, it’s not near a spot in my Top 50 all-time favorites, no PS4 game is.
