I have seen gorgeous PC games on the highest settings possible and on lowest settings possible. The difference can be as much as 2 generations of consoles in terms of difference. So many little details that just won’t be in the lesser versions. That’s all this quote means.
Games like Halo Infinite will be gimped on XB1 but competent in their own right.
