I'd be far more interested in a split controller, that acts like joycons on each side of your phone. Something like this, but Xbox branded with asymmetric sticks:

I think having a controller attached to your phone is much, much better solution. It's great when piloting a drone so expect it's better for gaming too. 

Huge turnoff it doesn't have those asymmetrical sticks though..
