You clearly haven't watched enough cheesy horror movies. Not liking her and she being poorly written are two different things. Throughout most of the game, she annoys me, yes, but she isn't poorly written. She just says/does things I wouldn't, and folks I know wouldn't, but is believable and plenty of people are like her.

A lot of people can’t make the distinction between not liking something and that thing being inherently bad.

People may not like the story or characters in TLOU2, but that doesn’t make the game badly written. Most of the comments saying the game or certain characters are badly written don’t seem to be able to bring up arguments as to what is so bad about them, other than “I don’t like it” and “it’s bad“.
