What are you talking about? That is about 24 times more powerful than the ps2. A considerable upgrade from the ps2.

Also sorikuyou are wrong, like I said in my post it depends on the architecture, and also how well the emulator was made.

@Rol Lolz maybe. Probably not though.

 

Edit: ALso linear scales are meaningless when you are talking about the power of a machine. There are many advantages and disadvantages depending on the hardware.
