I am curious on how Xbox one fits into this as well since for the first 2 years or so that would be the lowest denominator instead of lockhart. Having to scale things on another Xbox sku for different architecture and no SSD would surely add more dev time to projects. 

I think the xbox one and ps4 will be fine since a lot of the projects, specially third party, are still mainly for the current gen consoles and it takes a couple years to really start getting into next gen exclusive games.

As an example, if you look at Call of Duty. Xbox One launched in 2013 but Black Ops 3 still launched for the 360 in 2015.

Wouldn't be surprised if they run/look pretty essh though, specially with games like Cyberpunk.
