J.K. Rowling Writes about Her Reasons for Speaking out on Sex and Gender Issues

A transgender's perspective on Rowling's tweets, a well-thought out video in which Blair happens to make fantastic point later in the video by saying:

"Right now, I feel the world isn't divided into left or right, conservative or liberal.... what I see these days is that the world is divided into people who can have a meaningful nuanced sensitive issues and people who can't". 

And I totally agree with her.
