Truth to say, i say DS are for kids, i enjoyed the Castlevania games that came out, but its kiddish, and the features are limited. I sold it after finding out no good games that i want is coming out for it. Im 18 years old, im tired of playing Mario ... |
Actually, I'd say its the other way around.
I know a LOT of adults (30yr-50yr) olds with DSs, and they use it for lots of things (including the Brain Training games, translation, language/cooking teaching, and more).
I don't know any "adults" with PSPs, either teenagers or "hardcore" gamers who need to complete their collection. Oh, and people that use it as a media player.
...
Games I would recommend on the DS:
- Advance Wars: Duel Strike
- New Super Mario Bros
- Metroid Hunters
- Mario Kart (if you like MK)
- Zelda:PH (definitely)
- Castlevania (the FIRST one, not POR - it was crap)
- FF3
...and a host of RPG titles. As I said - it comes down to what games you actually like. I also "generally" recommend Brain Training, Nintendogs, Clubhouse games & Pokemon - as travel games that will keep you (and friends) busy.
If you are more into shooters or racers - you might want to consider a PSP instead.
