The word is this, Epic owns the right to the franchise. 1 and 2 are exclusive and 3 is open to what Epic wants to do. I have also heard they could potentially put 1 and 2 on a disc for 3 if it ever came to the PS3. This info comes from someone that is friend's with another at Epic.
However, knowing Microsoft's and Epic's relationship with this franchise I highly, highly doubt it. From OXM a month of two ago the mole stated that Microsoft is willing to pay up what it takes to keep the franchise, including #3 on the 360 alone save a PC version.
In the end, highly doubtful.
