It's simple. The games now look outdated.  It's still great looking games no doubt, but when you compared directly PS4 look like a a very cheap quality version of animated movie made on basement by student,  while PS5 Rachet are from pixar or Disney animated movie.  

Sry dude, but in the comparison video R&C isn't even sharp at all. Just look at the text and compare it with the in-game text in the video I posted which is super sharp. It may be also the PS4 Pro version but it looks like shit but his PS5 material looks super sharp. 

I'm not talking about reflections, geometry or anything. Just about how blurred it is compared to the video I've posted.

If you have a super sharp video on the right and a blurred one on the left then it looks like an even bigger difference as there is (even though the difference is still big)
