Other than Phantasy Star Online 2 just 2 months ago...

That wasn't really a moneyhat though. Sega had abandoned plans to localize Phantasy Star Online 2 back in 2013, after they had originally announced plans to localize it in 2012. It was thanks to Phil's frequent trips to Japan to try and win some JP developer support on Xbox that Sega finally decided to localize the game, on Xbox first, then PC a month later. It will likely come to the west on PS4 and Switch as well eventually, and PS and Nintendo fans while have Phil to thank for that because Sega was perfectly content to keep the game Japan only until he came along.

The thing with PSO2 is that Microsoft provided Azure servers to SEGA for western release. Without this, the game would have never gotten the infrastructure to run on in the first place.
