Simple question. Things to consider:
1. Before somebody says its too early, which would be wrong considering that FF16 has reportedly in development for years, FF13 and 13 Vs both had trailers before the games were even in any for form of actual development. Both Lightning and Noctis designs were not even final. SE actually does all the FMV's long before the actual game is finished (promotional material)
2. SE always announces a new Final Fantasy the beginning of every gen. Been that way since 7 (possibly longer but I'm in too much of a rush so cant check)
