3rd party exclusives is matter of deal , xbox can do to and Nintendo also can do the same.
Hell even Stadia can do the same. But don't expect to be fully exclusives . Also Sony already has a lot of brand recognition , no need to poach developer and publisher. But exclusives content might still exist and time exclusives will still exist. Perhaps it will not be games exclusives but more of one games will look particular better on one platform than the rest (PS5 faster IO/SSD) will result of fast travel, flying mechanic, high quality polygon, no pop up on open world environment.
