according to gamestop.com's upcoming games section only 27 GAMES OUT OF 159 are shooters. Even if you are generous and add 10 more games to that number (37 out of 130) it still comes no where near 50%.

And to make you feel even more misinformed, the ps3 also has 27 shooters out of 112 games and the wii has 2 shooters out of 100 games.
These are all upcoming.
And that means all that ps3 owners play are shooters, go figure
