SEGA big announcement that would shake the game Industry and the world is "Game Gear Micro "? What is your opinion?

My thoughts upon seeing this:

-Is this a joke?
-This is going to “rile the industry”?
-I hope this lowers their stock price so MS can actually buy them

Edit: This isn’t the actual announcement for tomorrow? I’ll wait but I ain’t expecting much
