People will still buy Macs. Maybe one day, when it's no longer cool to use a Mac, they'll come down to their senses and see how much has that cost them and what they've been missing.
Let's hope those AMD chips can actually sustain the claimed clocks, tho i recall they launch updates to the codes of their processors after launch to help them reach the claimed clocks, but I don't recall seeing any review that put that to test.
