You're gonna have to kill quite a lot of enemies to gain AP and SP, as the amount you get from enemies scales depending on your level compared to theirs.

I got to this level by killing enemies that are higher level than me... sp and AP are pretty much maxed...  I guess I have a bunch of party memebers I haven’t gotten yet... but AP and sp should scale to lowest level battle party member, so if just stick one of them in my party I should be fine... I could also use expert mode and reduce my level if I needed to as well.  As of right now though, I have pretty much end game gear at the beginning of the game!  It will be like new game +!
