And Gamer's Nexus makes an interesting video as to why not to get the i5 10400 even if you are willing to spend $300 on RAM for a $180 CPU. It does showcase the limitations Intel puts on their non Z series motherboards when paired with non K series CPUs as they get memory bandwidth starved. The i5 10600k seems to be the killer gaming cpu to get until AMD has an answer though.
