Stop willfully spreading misinformation. The demo was not running on any laptop.

This was proved several times in this same thread, so please stop it. People misunderstood and thought it was running somehow on a laptop better than on a ps5, when in fact if was a video playing what was a recording of the demo running of a ps5. These same people must feel extremely embarrassed at this point for that wrong assumption.

If you want to fantasize how it would/could/should run on whatever hardware, fine, but don't treat it like there's some evidence of it even running in a pc because there isn't.

They are saying it was running on a laptop.

An engineer would have to be a fucking moron to confuse a video running on a laptop for actual performance, they are talking about the demo itself and how it ran on the laptop chipset. They got it to 40 fps and are aiming to get it higher to 60 fps.

Fact is AMD is having serious problems matching up with Nvidia, Nvidia is the bigger company with quite frankly better designers.

A 7nm AMD can't even outperform an older 12nm Nvidia GPU on 2 year old architecture.

It was a misinterpretation of what was being shown by people that don't even speak that language. As I pointed out (with resources) it was an mp4 video being played off a laptop. It's laughable how that gets spun around to that being the performance on that said laptop. You could play the same video in a f'ckin celeron and integrated gpu laptop and would still look the same.

The more you keep spreading that FUD, more people will be confused and call it 50/50.

It's not 50/50, we have it straight from the top man himself how the demo was recorded, so just stop it. If and when they are able to run it from a laptop then you can go ahead and compare performance. As far as we know, this demo was never ever running outside of the PS5.
