Yet another BR focused game
I'm out, and going by Amazon's typical line up a BR game and a PVP focused MMO, I guess I'm out of whatever the hell they have in store.
Is it so much to ask for an ARPG, RTS or a story driven first person RPG game these days?. Why's it gotta be BR, extremely CoD levels of intoxicated hardcore roided PVP, turn based/hex based or an MMO trying to steal what little left they can from WoW's PVP community.
We have an insane, bloody godlike insane plethora of PVP games right now, even for BR fans. What have I got?, like maybe two ARPG's to look forward to, and one RTS from MS within the next 1-2 years.
See this is why I'm finding myself gaming less and less each month, because it feels like there's jack all for me to really sink my teeth into. Feels like we've gone from "let's make a game for X crowd, then next game for Y crowd and Z crowd" to "let's just makes games for two of the most over saturated audiences and focus on them till the stars die out".
I feel like I'm asking for the sun to burn itself out, just to get more than one RTS game, more than two ARPG's and more than just one honest to god, good first person RPG game.
Sorry for the rant, I'm just getting stupidly salty at the fact that BR fans, turn based, third person and MMO fans getting a banquet feast each year, while I sit here with scraps for 5 years a pop.
