Wound up being settled out of court.

Oww I thought it was something else, this one i was aware. I thought that Kevin Buttler stopped being an add on Sony because their ads generated a lawsuit and I didn't remember anything that would get them this type of trouble, at most I remember he making fun of MS without saying their name.
