Sony didn't have the PR nightmare that was RROD holding back the Playstation 4.
Sony didn't have a paid online service when the competition was free.
Sony didn't have the weaker hardware.
Lots of reasons why the Xbox One floundered and never managed to gain traction... And it was entirely Microsoft's fault.
Halo, Gears, Forza and Fable probably all helped to lift the Xbox 360 up.
