Wow Mr Sweeney actually said it came down to streaming assets from the SSD.
Now this is just a tech demo, and you could lower the quality of some assets, or the amount needed to be loaded, and get it running on a pc or xsx.
However thats just crazy to me, a SSD could actually hold something back, and require "downscaleing" to get it running on other things.
