I've seen 'em all, Sandbox, 2 girls 1 cup, BME pain olympics (which is confirmed fake), Mr. Hands etc.
But this one is by far and away the worst.
The part where the guy cut open his scrotum and then pushed his testicle out, and then pushed it back in with his finger was the worst for me.
Also, lol@the last 5 seconds, what the hell was going on there?
