They set a pretty low bar on this one. This was a marketing fail for controlling the narrative of next gen. Other than a small glimpse of AC, the rest of the show looked like something from 2007/8.
I know the one in July will be a lot better but this definitely is not the first shot you want to fire for next gen games.
