About as high as it gets. In fact, it battles with 4A's engine and Frostbite quite nicely on PC!

Crytek have done a wonderful job with the engine, they had amazing engineers working on it too... And Zenimax/Bethesda saw that, which is why they pinched a few to work on id Tech!

Should have had them work on Elder Scrolls and Fallout engines instead the way things currently are.
