Anyone being reasonable would know that limits on budget (money) and team size could impact the capacity of the team to further improve the code and add stuff without breaking the budget (performance) =]
But sure it is always better to clarify so thread doesn't spin out of control.
I also would like to rectify when I said "they aren't the best dev", that wasn't to mock them, it was just a verification of reality, because there are bigger and more experienced teams out there that squezed more of the HW than OuterWorld. But the game was well received so it show that they are good.
