Civ designer's strategy game 10 Crowns is now called Old World, and it's coming to early access soon

Back in 2018, Civ 3 and 4 designer Soren Johnson announced a new historical 4X game, with his indie team Mohawk Games. Mohawk is made up of a number of Civ veterans, and their last project was the great Offworld Trading Company. 10 Crowns was going to be published by Starbreeze, but then the company went into restructuring and sold back the publishing rights. That was all we'd heard about 10 Crowns until now: It's been unveiled with a new name, Old World, and it's coming to Early Access on the Epic Games Store in the next couple months.

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3 is getting pushed to June

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 2 has been extended. Originally scheduled to end on April 30, Season 2 will now continue until June 4. That's an extra month and change for the still infinitely popular battle royale shooter. Epic made the announcement in an official blog post on Tuesday.

Now you can enjoy that experience as a videogame in Old Man, a new singleplayer scenario for Arma 3 Apex that was released for free today.

I never played Chex Quest, the promotional Doom total conversion released in 1996, so I will have to take Evan's word that it was—and this is a direct quote—"gaming's best cereal-based shooter." Because Chex Quest is indeed based on Chex, the breakfast cereal that's been in bowls since the mid-'30s: It's still a first-person game, but reflecting the sensitivities of its younger-skewing audience, it forgoes shotguns, rocket launchers, and demons for "zorching" devices used to send anthropomorphic boogers back to their own dimension. Family-friendly fun.

Remnant: From the Ashes 'Swamps of Corsus' DLC will add a survival mode

Remnant: From the Ashes will get new DLC on April 28 in the form of Swamps of Corsus, which adds a bunch of new content including a Survival Mode. According to studio Gunfire Games, this mode basically turns the game into a rogue-like.

MinskWorks, the developer behind the car driving sim Jalopy, has announced that its new game Landlord's Super is heading to Steam Early Access on April 30. It's a first-person boozy building sim set in the British midlands during the 1980s.

Now, following this post on the game's official site, you can pick up a key from watching any Valorant Twitch stream, as long as the streamer is actively playing the game. Drops will continue to arrive 24/7 to players in Europe, Canada, United States, Turkey, Russia and CIS countries, but it's worth noting that the number of beta keys available won't increase—you'll just be able to get one from a greater number of sources.

Codemasters has announced that F1 2020 will be released on July 10. The racing sim will launch on Steam, PS4, Xbox One, and, for the first time in the series, Google Stadia. F1 2020 will feature a new team management mode alongside its already established career mode.
