At least they're still giving the classic survival horror Res fans something in the form of the remakes, but those of us who liked the more action focused, over-the-top Res games have gotten nothing since Res 6 except for a single DLC in Res 7 where we got to punch zombies to death. I hope they at least have a more action focused spinoff in development that follows some of the 6 characters, or at very least plan to remake 4, 5, and 6 eventually. |
This is first that I think I'm reading something like this in regards to Resident Evil. Action focused RE's have been the number 1 complaint since RE4, and to see this post asking for a return to it is .... wow. I do notice a lot of "greatly concerned" but no further elaboration.
