don't you have someone who could build the pc for you. a friend or college or someone on the internet living near you.
that's a bit more pricey than you asked, but this build should run every game pretty good. propably will run ps5 games when sticking to 1080p.
not sure about the power supply + case, just picked a cheap one. I have almost the same computer.
