^That¡s a cool (and rather expensive) way of waste your time, but it's no where practical. Not only are fans smaller, which is the only conclusion he takes, but they also provide with a constant air flow unlike bellows.
Also, his comparison against those 4 fans with the plastic bag seems to be rigged to make the bellow perform better.
