That's true.  These are probably very specialized processing units, that probably don't do everything the main CPU does.

They shouldn`t, it is just IO. There is also the 3D Audio that behaves like SPEs and is like another couple Zen2 cores if I`m not wrong. But that is just saying that if the console didn`t had all these specialized units they would need like the triple CPU capacity so specialized is cheaper and better, otherwise they would have the chip of the IO as CPU or the other option is that the chip is massive and PS5 is a huge console.
