The funny thing is Sony has been promoting Wii U and many Sony higher ups always promoting Nintendo games and system, the same thing with Microsoft they always embrace Nintendo product. I don't see they do the same thing. Nintendo are well known for their over protective to their ip, hell even probably you forgot how many Youtubers got struck down because of copyright .Even in Japan some SNES moders got sued from Nintendo. 

Don't care about some silly promotions, if any Sony 1st party game/character came to Wii U then we would talk.
