so , what you are saying is like this.

Formula 1 car: number of doors = 0.

Toyota corolla: number of doors = 4.

trunk capacity F1 = 0.

Trunk capacity Corolla = 470 l.

speed F1 = 340 km/h.

speed Corolla = 200 km/h.

Conclusion Corolla wins 2 to 1. Is the fastest car!.

wrong.

The XBOX has more bandwith and more teraflops with the same AMD architecture. Game over. Yes , there are situations that can benefit the PS5, but overall, the XBOX will be faster.

I wish it was just a matter of teraflops, unfortunately it doesn't work that way.

It's not for nothing that developers say that the power of a console isn't just about the number of teraflops.

If you have the same architecture, more memory bandwith to feed the shader cores, same rops and more texture units. Yes, more computational power would make the console faster most of the time. Is like When you compare a  6 core 5 GHz intel CPU with an 8 core 4,6 GHZ Intel CPU. There are times that the 5 GHz cpu will be faster, but most of the time there are only 0,4 GHz difference and the 2 more cores, if you take advantage of them, make the 2nd a faster CPU. Again, I have 2 PS4 pro and no XBOX, and Im planning to buy the PS5, but the xbox series X will be a faster machine.

Now, IF they make a slower machine, let say a lockheart with 4 Teraflops that will make developers go for the lower specs. Also they told that the first 1 or 2 years they are going to make games compatible with the old Xboxs. So they won´t be taking full advantage of the power. By the time they would, we will be talking about PS5 pro with more graphical power and storage.
