The chart didn't load for me. Wasn't on my main computer. I see it now. The Linus video tends to disagree with the chart though. And my personal experience does as well. But you did say it was a rough estimate so, oh well. But what's the source of the info on the chart?
Edit: Also, I really don't think you've addressed the FPS beats resolution argument.
